Accommodation

The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for KSELS 2019 participants. In order to take advantage of the special rates for hotel accommodations secured by the committee, please fill out the hotel reservation form and send it directly to the desired hotel.

Reservation Process

  • Step 1 Choose a hotel where you would like to reserve a room
  • Step 2 Download the reservation form from the hotel list below and fill it out
  • Step 3 Send the form directly to the desired hotel

Booking & Payment Conditions

  1. 1.The below rates are per room per night.
  2. 2.As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving early is recommended.
  3. 3.Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of each hotel.
  4. 4.Rates are based on single occupancy per room. Double occupancy rates vary according to each hotel, so please confirm before check in.
  5. 5.The below rates only apply to KSELS 2019 participants.
