KSELS 2021 Congress will be held as a Virtual Congress from 22th to 24th April.
All presentation files will be received in advance and streamed at an allocated time. Q&A will be live when possible.

1. Language

• -Official language: English
• *‘Resident/ Fellow Session’, ‘Community Hospital’ and ‘Nurse Sessions’ will be in Korean
• *전공의/전임의 세션 (1-2), Community Hospital (1-2) 및 간호사 세션(1,2)은 한국어로 진행됩니다.

2. Presentation Time

All presentation files will be received in advance and streamed at an allocated time. Q&A will be live when possible after presentations streaming.

• * Best presenters of Oral/Video presentations will have the chance to win the award.

3. Submitting the Pre-Recorded Presentation File

1. 1)You can choose one of two ways for making your VOD lecture.

2. 2)It is highly recommended that all speakers use the KSLES 2021 PPT format with COI (Conflict of Interest) Declaration when they make their presentation files and record their lectures. Also, this includes the guidelines for using icons to protect or share your information.

   • -All Speakers are asked to include in their presentation a disclosure statement regarding the existence of any conflicts of interest, and name(s) of the company/ companies, if any conflict of interest exists.
   • -Please add the disclosure statement on the second page of the presentation slide.
     • *If a conflict of interest relevant to the presentation doesn’t exist, please use the Sample 1 slide.
     • *If a conflict of interest relevant to the presentation exists, please use the Sample 2 slide.

4. Copyright Transfer Agreement

We cordially ask for your permission to allow us to use the presentation file and VOD of your presentation for publicity purposes. If you agree, the video will be uploaded to the KSELS YouTube channel after the congress.

All ePoster presentations should be made in MS-PPT and submitted in PDF file in advance by April 11, 2021, according to the guidelines.

3. How to submit the e-Poster file

Please submit the e-Poster file (PDF) to the below link by April 11, 2021.

• -Write your first name, last name, e-mail address and click ‘Upload.'
• -You will see the final screen when your presentation file is uploaded successfully.
