Optional Tours

The Organizing Committee has prepared tour programs for the enjoyment of our participants. In order to take advantage of the special rates, please be sure to book your tours by April 20, 2019.

Participants who would like to join any of the tours should download, fill out and email the tour reservation form to the official tour agency at support@iloveseoultour.com.

Tour Booking Conditions

  1. 1.To apply, please contact the official travel agency at the latest 2 days prior to the tour date.
  2. 2.For the DMZ tour, you must bring your passport on the tour date.
  3. 3.Payment can be made to the tour guide either in cash or by credit card on the tour date.
  4. 4.Tours are subject to change or cancellation if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
  5. 5.In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact you individually.
  6. 6.Any requests to change/cancel should be made by e-mail to support@iloveseoultour.com or call +82-(0)2-730-1090.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. 1.Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
  2. 2.Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost.
